Hello. I created a new knowledge base. I have 4 templates that users can choose to use when creating a new knowledge article. For the new knowledge base I only want one of the templates to show when users create new knowledge articles. Is there a way to only display one specific template for the new knowledge base that I created?

Hi @Sharon Williams ,
In the related section of your Knowledge base there would be a related list by name Article Templates, if it is not present then you may need to configure via related list. If even in related list configuration it is not present then you may need to install the Knowledge Management Advance plugin.
In that related list click on edit and map the specific template which you want.
If you don't map it can be created via any template.

Hi @Sharon Williams ,
There is an OOB way to configure specific Templates to a KB. Check step 5 > Article Templates in this Product Doc.
it says "If the Article Templates related list is empty, articles can be created using any article template.
