Hi Everyone,
I need to hide the New button from the simple list widget instance when user clicks on show all link. I tried to add show_new JSON available in the community under Additional JSON options however, still the button is visible. I'm in Zurich version.
Regards,
Sai Vasanth.

Hi @Vasanth001
Navigate to the table (e.g., Incident, since you attached only the Incident table).
Go to System Definition → UI Actions.
- You will see a list of UI Actions. From these, search using the table name for which you want to remove the New button.
- Look for the “New” UI Action where List banner button is set to true.
- Uncheck the Active field and save the record.
- Refresh the list view of the records, and you will see that the New button is now inactive.
I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.
If my response was helpful, please mark it as correct.
