Hi Everyone,

I need to hide the New button from the simple list widget instance when user clicks on show all link. I tried to add show_new JSON available in the community under Additional JSON options however, still the button is visible. I'm in Zurich version.

Hi @Vasanth001

Navigate to the table (e.g., Incident, since you attached only the Incident table).

Go to System Definition → UI Actions.

  1. You will see a list of UI Actions. From these, search using the table name for which you want to remove the New button.
  2. Look for the “New” UI Action where List banner button is set to true.
  3. Uncheck the Active field and save the record.
  4. Refresh the list view of the records, and you will see that the New button is now inactive.

I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.
