Hi @omarsaaoui ,

On service catalog there is a tab called as Portal where u would see 6 checkboxes. Out of them 3 are for the ones which u r requesting, when u uncheck those. Those fields will disappear from everywhere.

Best way to do it, go to list view of maintain items, bring those 3 columns/fields on the list view. N then u can update all in bulk for all catalog items.

Thanks,

Danish

Hi @omarsaaoui

For Service Portal -

  • Use the No cart checkbox available on the items.

Hi,

If the requirement is to hide Price, Quantity, and Add to Cart for all catalog items, you can do this through the Portal configuration on the Catalog Item records. These options are controlled by checkboxes, and you can update them in bulk from the Maintain Items list view if the change needs to apply to all catalog items.

If the requirement is specifically for Service Operations Workspace, verify that your workspace catalog experience is using the same catalog item configuration. If not, additional workspace-specific configuration may be required.
