Hide rich text label on variable tabs after submiting catalog item

Hello guys,

I would like to know if some has been able to hide some rich text label on a catalog item after submitting it. 

I do use them to had some comments, images etc... But after submission, these are still visible in the variable tabs, which create confusion to the user.

I've tried to disable them through scripts, but it didn't work well. I also used policy UI to disable it, but still, same result.

I think we can educate the user that what is the purpose of these Rich text  label, as this is just text to support user on portal and same can be told to fulfiler as well.

I did find the solution :

• You need to create a catalog UI Policy 
• Check "Applies on Catalog Tasks"
• Check "Applies on Requested Items"
• Add the rich text label to the "Catalog UI Policy Actions" as Visible False
