Hide some of the groups based on type from the teams tab in service operations workspace.

I'm trying to not show some of the groups on the Teams sidebar in SOW.  I only want to show the ITIL groups.  Other groups are in there because of AD integration and not necessary.  To be clear I do want to show some of the groups, but only the groups with a type of ITIL.  Is there a way to do this?

Hi @ChicagoRus - The filter conditions are defined in sn_sow.SOWTeamManagementSNC, which is read-only.  You could technically recreate the getFilters() method and update the SOW Team management - Lookup Filters Data Broker Server Script (/nav_to.do/?uri=sys_ux_data_broker_transform.do?sys_id=e7c22622eb9ef510ea6e4ee5b55228c9 ) to point it, but I can't say I'd recommend it.

but haven't found anything where to apply some conditions on what groups/teams to display. Perhaps you will be luckier, let me know if you have any progress!

There was one other thread similar to this one and they had no answers either except create a HI ticket.  Thank you both for your replies.
