Hide template

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to hide a particular template for a particular knowledge base. Please help me how to resolve this.

Greetings @AmitK1382912422. When you say templates, are you talking about the templates that display at the bottom of the page when you click the "More options" button in the upper righthand side of the screen (three horizontal dots) and then click the "Show/Hide Template Bar" menu item?

When i will select that perticular Kb base the marked template should hide for that only.

In the Related section of the Knowledge Base, you should see a related list called Article Templates. If it is not visible, you may need to add it through the related list configuration. If it still does not appear, install the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin.

Once the related list is available, click Edit and associate the specific templates you want to use.
