Hiding record producer variable using Catalog Client Script not working

I created a record producer and created few variables which should be hidden on the basis of select box (variable). When I use the try it option and submit the ticket and open incident it works fine.

But when I submit the ticket by service portal, variables are not hidden. All the variables are showing on incident form. Not a single variable are hidden on incident form.

Please help.

Have you selected the UI Type on your client script to All?

Yes, UI Type is already ALL on client script.

Have you checked Applies to Target record on all the client script and UI policies?
