Hiding record producer variable using Catalog Client Script not working

I created a record producer and created few variables which should be hidden on the basis of select box (variable). When I use the try it option and submit the ticket and open incident it works fine.

But when I submit the ticket by service portal, variables are not hidden. All the variables are showing on incident form. Not a single variable are hidden on incident form.

Please help.

Yes, I  have already checked Applies to Target record on all the client script and UI policies. But still not working.
