Highlight Recent Request which is just created/opened/updated

Hi Developers,

 

Hope you are doing great.

 

I have a client requirement where I need to implement functionality that whenever a new request created or any request is recently opened or updated that request needs to be highlighted in listing page. 

 

Need your help to achieve this functionality. Any documentation is also preferable.

Highlight list fields
