Highlighting field in list/form in Workspaces

Hi team,

I am looking for ways to highlight a field in list and form in Workspaces. I have tried Highlight values table. It looks fine on list , but on form it doesnt look like. 

Any suggestions here?

I have a very simular request to yours - conditionally highlighting SLA time left in the Agent Workspace List View with different colours depending on the time left. I am on the Washington version, which is now getting a bit old and might not have the latest functionality, but this feature should still work as advertised. 

I experienced some very erratic behaviour when trying to setup conditional highlights - I first tried to set this up based on the task_sla table, where all the necessary fields and highlight conditions do exist for it to work. But once setup, no highlights were showing. 

I then tried this on a simpler setup on sc_req_item and had some mixed success. First was on the Priority field which worked, then I added State which also worked, then I added Created field - but now suddenly NONE of the previous Priority and State fields were highlighted any longer. Hmmm... so I removed the Created condition, but Priority and State had no longer any highlights! I removed everything and started over again, this time with Priority and State but NONE were working. I then removed the State condition and suddenly Priority was working! 

I can't figure out what is causing some highlights to disappear, but something doesn't appear to be working properly, and I get the feeling this might be an bug (?).

One thing to try out is be mindful in what Scope you create the highlight conditions in, as when I created it under Global it didn't work at all, and I had to use the "Service Catalog - Service Workspace" scope for it to appear for my sc_req_item test.

@SusanAbo did you experience any of this? Have you tried adding the conditional highlights on more than one field and some more 'complex' fields like Create date? If so, did it work for you?
