Highliting on CSM/FSM workspace

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement to highlight the Case form (body/frame) in the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace when a specific condition is met, for example when Case Type = Mass Case.

Additionally, I'd like to:

  • Highlight the Case Number in the list view when the same condition is met.
  • Highlight the tab when a matching Case is opened in the workspace.

I've attached screenshots showing the expected result.

I was able to implement the highlighting on the form and in the header using Highlighted Values and Conditions. However, I haven't found a way to highlight the Case Number in the list view.

Has anyone implemented something similar or can recommend the best approach for achieving this in Configurable Workspace?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
