how can i achieve dashboard dynamic resize

Hi everyone, I created a dashboard as in the first image, when the window is re-sizes(minimized) then it is appearing like that in second image , how can i achieve this dynamic resizing this boxes or which way i can achieve this image oneimage twoThankyou.
