How can I activate com.glide.explicit_roles plugin in personal dev instance ?

You need to install customer servicemanagement first. Then you can install this plugin

com.glide.explicit_roles plugin is Installed by raising HI ticket ? Or can we install it after com.sn_customerservice installation ? Can anyone confirm ?
