How can i add an catalog item as 'My Favourite' in the service portal .

Hi ,

I have an catalog item , which i have to add as 'My favorites' in the service portal for a particular company .(Users belonging to that Company would have this catalog item as their favorite by default.

Any leads on how to achieve this!
