Hi, all!
I trie to change the colors that are shown in UI16. I configured the colors by using HEX code.
I could change the logo image. But my color change was not reflected to UI.
I clicked save in basic configuration UI16, and reloaded the page. But the appearance was not changed.
I tested logout and login. But it was not working.
If I should try something else, please let me know.
I'm doing this with my PDI. And the ServiceNow version is Utah.
Thanks,
Oshikata

Hi, @Oshikata1 , Tried in Tokyo and Sandiago instance but it didn't reflect the changes.
After some more research, I found that only to acheive it by creating custom theme to reflect color changes, as by default Polaris theme is being used by servicenow.
With Utah instance , we have capability to use Theme Builder which is really easy to use , you just need to decide logo and primary, secondary and neutral color to create a new theme and apply to your instance.
To test, I did install the Theme Builder plugin and created a custom theme quickly and changes looks fine.
Theme Builder Home Page : https://[instance].service-now.com/now/theme-builder/home

@JT07 san. Thank you for sharing your result.
I see. I will try with theme builder. The theme builder can be used for the Utah version. I couldn't find other versions that are applicable to Tokyo. Nowadays, many users are using Tokyo version still now.
