How can I configure serviceNow as IDP ?

I dont see an option where I can configure ServiceNow as IDP. How do I go about it?

I already have this plugin activated. I am not able find the place to define Service Provider and download IDP, serviceNow, metadata.

Identity Providers should be a module under SSO application. When you click new, at the bottom of the form there is a Related Link Import Identity Provider metadata.

I want to make Service Now as IDP, this configuration is to add another Identity Provider in ServiceNow.

I am trying to configure ServiceNow as Service Provider and Another application as Identity Provider to Login into ServiceNow.
