Hi everyone, hope you're doing well!
I'm looking for some help with a question:
How can I set up an SLA on the RITM (sc_req_item) that reflects the total duration of the SLAs applied to the sctask(s) associated with it?
The idea is for the RITM's SLA to represent the combined time from the SLAs on its related tasks.

Hi @MariaVitorS ,
This is in general not how XLA can be utilized. Why not instead create an XLA on the RITM instead of trying to sum the single tasks XLA?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Hi Maria,
That's were OLA and SLA should be leveraged. RITM has SLA tied while OLA applies at Catalog task level.
RITM at SLA should encompass all OLAs while each OLA should be subset of SLA.
