How can I edit the value of fields in a task-extended table directly from ESC?

In my company, we have developed a task-extended table called "u_employee_evaluation", which is aimed to contain records with three main fields; u_evaluator_comment, u_company_comment and u_evaluated_comment.

I currently have found how to make this tasks to appear in the My Tasks tab, but I cannot get how the employees could update this fields directly from the ESC Portal. Does anybody know how to do it?

Navigate to Employee Center -> Todos configuration

Open the to-do configuration for u_employee_evaluation table

Go to the related list To-do widget mapping. Create a new mapping and select form widget
