Hello,
I'd like to know if there's a plugin or application that can track navigation and clicks made by a user from the moment they enter the portal until they create a ticket (article, catalog, word search)
I can find this in the sp log table but it's not readable for a non-developer.
It should also be possible to search for a user's navigation from a ticket number.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Hi OlaN,
Yes, I've seen this plugin but I find that you can't really track the user's browsing. You can't even see the number of the ticket created. Unless I've looked at it wrong.

Have a look at this video also, demonstrating possibilities, sound like you are interested in navigation paths (shown approx 3 minutes in).

Yes, I looked at the navigation path.
I'd like to see this:
Alan logged on to the portal. Then he clicked on the knowledge base page and searched for ‘PC’. Then he looked at the first article. He went back to the home page then went to the catalogue clicked on the ‘Hardware’ category then on the ‘Phone Request’ item. He filled in the submitted form and this created an RITM.
When I go into the session (tab in the Dashboard) I can see that he has clicked on a catalog item but no further information. I can't see the catalog name of the category. And I don't know if it's possible to see all that. Yes, you can see this in the sp_log table but it's not readable for a non-developer client.
