Hi Aswin,

Do you mean to say how to restrict the Catalog Item Visibility to some users? If so then you need to define User Criteria and use it. For more details please find the below links:

2. Create a user criteria record

3. Need to hide the Order this Item for a group.

4. Knowledge user criteria - same department as author

5. Hide a Catalog Item for end user
