How can we add condition options in a Conditional Field on a table (archive rule specifically)

I want to implement a condition on OOB Archive Rule where currently any email created a year ago is archived. We need to keep it dynamic and update it for 5 years. Any email created 5 years ago should be archived. But I could not find this option available. What is the approach I shall take in this use case or is there a way I can update the filter options here (attached)
