How can we configure the ATF test step to approve the RITM record via portal?

Hi Team,
I have created ATF for one catalog item in that we have approvals. For approve that RITM record, i configure the steps like " Record query -> opening the existing record ->click UI action (Approve) " this is following backend process but our clients required that approve the RITM record from portal.
I tried by using this step for approve RITM via portal "Open Service Portal page" here it shows list of all RITM's and opening default first record. I am not able to pickup exact RITM record which i required. For your reference i am attaching the screenshot of that step.
Can anyone please assist me here.

You are directly giving Record Query with RITM.
Is that present?
Why are you not having the previous steps and then have this logic to grab the approval record sysId and then use portal page step?

Yes Ankur, record is there. For my testing purpose i have taken directly approval record which is existing in our table.
As per your suggestion i have created all steps and grab the approval record but still its going to list approval records page not opening the exact record which i passing the sysid.

so Step 8 is success?
Is it failing at Step 9? if yes then what's the error? try giving timeout as 10 seconds for Step 9

I tried running and it seems in ESC portal ATF is unable to open approvals page.
You can try to use SP portal instead

I tried by changing portal as service portal but its not working may we are using ESC portal for submitting the record, and one more thing which i confirmed from my team the page which i am using is wrong instead i have to use hrmtodos page it will redirect to my tasks page here we have list RITMs once approver select the RITM it will open side form for approve that record. For your reference i am attaching the screenshot here.
