How can we create a button beside any fields

Hi got an doubt how can we create a button beside caller or any field i will share my screen below

how can we create those buttons

Actually they are not buttons they are fields(reference fields). You can add new fields by selecting fileds from FORM LAYOUT.

Navigate to 'your required table' > select 'Additional Actions' Menu > configure > Form Layout.(You can try with this instruction.)
