How can we create a button beside any fields

Hi got an doubt how can we create a button beside caller or any field i will share my screen below

how can we create those buttons

If you create a field of reference Type and map a table to that field then these option will appear. Caller is arefernce field which is mapped to users table.

Hi ajai i can see based on attribute referecne field but for above screenshot in company beside one button is there how can we see that or create that i didn't see in attribute
