How can we hide form annotation in workspace

Project Action table contains annotation. It is displayed whenever the form loads.

But in the project workspace RIDAC page, when we select Add Action option , a modal popups and then annotation shows, gs,getMessage. Is there any way to hide it or remove it. Please suggest
