How can we set CEA_view as the default view for forms in ServiceNow instead of the current default?

Points below should help you

1) By default when table is created default view is created

2) Next you can use view rule to set it to your view as default based on your conditions or script

3) If view rule is used and is imposed then users cannot switch the view even if they have view_changer role
