How can we test the Chat bot functionality in ATF?

Hi,

In a portal, had a chat bot functionality and how can we test that chat bot functionality in ATF by using which test steps. Can anyone please respond on my query?

Hi, 

We can test the Agent Chat Bot in the service Portal using existing Test Steps in the Custom UI category. 

See the below Screenshot:

Hi AnirudhKumar, 

We can test the Agent Bot on Service Portal, We can even click on the predefined Inputs and can give inputs to the Agent Chat, See the screenshots below, I tried testing it and it's working.

Hi there,

 

There is ATF available for Virtual Agent. Though to be honest, at this moment the level of that is still really limited, so limited that its a bit of a waste of time.

 

Who knows in any future release this will improve!
