how do i activate com.snc.discovery?

how do i activate com.snc.discovery?  i just installed a MID server and i cant seem to get the disovery set up to get the computer info on my service now.

1 Login to https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/instance

 

2. Navigate to Manage -> Instance -> Action -> Activate Plugin

3.and then activate the plugin: "Discovery" .

Procedure

  1. Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
  2. On the All Applications page, click Request Plugin to open the request form on HI.
