How do I add an attribute to a CI Class manager that has already been created?

Hello,

I have been assigned a story that I need to add a new attribute in ABC Class. The details of the attribute are given. It's supposed to be type=character with length=100 and the name is given too. My problem is I can't seem to find a button or anything where I can create a new attribute in that class. below is a screen shot of what I can see and I do have the admin role.

Hi snow_beginner,

Shouldn't that be as simple as going to the CI class table and create a new dictionary entry?
That should be the way to create a new attribute for the CI Class.

Make sure you are indeed creating the new field in the CI class table and not on the parent table.

Please mark my answer as correct if it solves your issue or mark it as helpful if it is relevant for you!

Still not sure how to add Attributes from your reply. Please kindly elaborates. When I go to Attributes, choose Added tab, it has + (plus sign) next to 'Insert New row', but it does not allow me to add anything.
