Hello there,
I am new to the Service Now world and had taken an online class in Service Now System Administration a couple weeks ago.
One cool item that impressed me was when the instructor showed us how to add the record Save action as a button on the form to enable us to stay on the form with one click instead of constantly right-clicking and selecting Save from the actions menu. It looked a real time-saver and I couldn't wait to try it out on my new project. Unfortunately it was one of those items I forgot to take notes on! I have an admin role for my instance.
Thanks for any help.

Hi Vincent,
Unless you are expecting further reponses, feel free to mark the question as answered. Otherwise, it will remain on the list of open questions. Thanks.

Great...Thanks.
F.Y.I...MS Internet Explorer 9 does not handle Service Now very well, especially icons and checkboxes.

UI actions > search for Save. There will be several Save UI actions but the ones on Global table are the ones you want. They have different conditions but the ones with Form Context Menu checked and not Form Button are the ones to change.
You could also do system property as Slava mentioned but I think that also exposed others as buttons.

Hi Michael,
Great post.
As I mentioned earlier, I'm fairly new to this, so I thank both you and Slava for the hints and help. You know when somebody asks you if you have any questions on anything, you just can't think of one at the time, and then at night you got 50 of 'em? That's basically what this one was.
Thanks again.
