How do I fix this cross cope privilege error from the portal?

How do I fix this issue? Execute operation on script include 'cd_ContentDelivery' from scope 'UI Components for Customer Portals' was denied. The application 'UI Components for Customer Portals' must declare a cross scope access privilege. Please contact the application admin to update their access requests.

Yes, this is an OOB script include (with PSDS plugin).

Is script include 'cd_ContentDelivery' in a global scope?
If its in a content publishing scope then change the target scope from global to content publishing.
