How do I get a developer instance that runs an older version (e.g. London)?

I'm developing an integration for my company's product that exports data into an import set via an inbound Web Service.  I have a developer instance running New York. I also have access to a couple of non-production instances visible on the HI Portal, one running New York and another running Orlando.  I'd like to test our integration with an instance running London, because we have a potential customer that is still on London.

How do I request an instance (either developer or non-production) that runs an older version (e.g. London)?  I don't see any way to do this.   The New York and Orlando versions seem to be the only choices.  How do we test for compatibility with an older version (other than test at a customer site)?

Hi Greg,

Not sure if it would be available as ServiceNow now supports N-1 version where N is Orlando & N-1 being New York. Version you looking for is London that becomes N-3 which would not be possible.

Better post this in Instance Help forum where you have most of ServiceNow employees working & giving a regular check.
