I want to pull files from a shared folder into ServiceNow. Iterate through those files using Papaparse and modify them (I do not need help with this). Then save the modified .CSV file to a different folder on the shared drive.
So essentially, I need help with importing files from a shared folder to ServiceNow and exporting those files back to a shared folder.

Hi Ccart,
Where is this shared folder? Is it on an internal corporate network or a cloud based shared folder? If an internal network, is there a MID server available in your setup?

It's on a internal corporate network. I'm using the Mid server but I'm having issues with the actual code part and I can't find a good tutorial on how to do this. Thanks
