How do I reset/wipe my instance without deleting the demo data? Kindly explain in detail.

Is 'your' instance a regular customer instance or from the developer portal?



Customer instance are managed in HI, check there the link 'Manage my instance' for zboot.


For Developer instance it is part of the developer portal. Also there you should find a zboot or Reset/wipe instance option.


Its a Geneva dev instance and the option to clean/wipe the instance was not available under manage my instance. Kindly advice.

I do not own a dev instance my own but I have seen others using that option there. I believe there was a timing constraint... like one change per 2 hours or so. But should be there - next to Reset Password.


Even I thought so but that option isn't available for some strange reason. Any idea why ??


I haven't used the option ever on this instance so the 2 hour thing is out of question.
