How do I view only active Configuration Items in my list ?

Attached is a screenshot of my SNC instance.
The list shows CI's that are both active and inactive products.
What my understanding is if we change the reference qualifiers for products to active, it will show only active products.
Is there an alternate for this. Whenever I fill any CI, i see both active and inactive products.

Hi Satyaki,

you need to click on the links below the active checkbox. For Example, if you click into "All" (or the list you want to filter within the Configuration application) you will be taken to the filter page for that list. you can then add "Active is True" to the filters.

I have uploaded a picture, which states that when I create a change and go to the CI's to Change tab, it shows all CI's. irrespective active/inactive. I only want to have active CI's. How do I bring about the change ?
