How does 'My Org Chart' work in the 'My Profile' page in the Service Portal?

I am customizing the My Profile page in the new service portal for Helsinki and 'My Org Chart' button is not working.

In the My Profile page, if I have a manager set up in my user profile, a widget will display called "My Team" -- in this widget, there is a button at the bottom of the widget called "My org Chart". When I click on it, it brings me to the 404 page. Why is this happening and what do I need to do for this button to work?

Could you post the url that the button is linking to? Is it linking to the org chart url?

Hi Sam,

It redirects you to the page ?id=hrsp_my_org_chart, but this page is not created. Create a page with that name and you can add there an OOB widget called 'Organization Chart'.

Thank you for the assistance. I assumed the page would be made already and all I had to do was figure out how the page is populated with data.
