How does 'My Org Chart' work in the 'My Profile' page in the Service Portal?

I am customizing the My Profile page in the new service portal for Helsinki and 'My Org Chart' button is not working.

In the My Profile page, if I have a manager set up in my user profile, a widget will display called "My Team" -- in this widget, there is a button at the bottom of the widget called "My org Chart". When I click on it, it brings me to the 404 page. Why is this happening and what do I need to do for this button to work?

That particular page is part of the 'Human Resources Application: Service Portal' plugin. By activating the plugin, the page will load into SP without you having to manually create it.   It is strange that the button shows up prior to activating the plugin since it will only lead to a 404

This issue has been fixed in Istanbul with PRB689803 (Service Portal Org Chart dependency on HRSP).
