How find email notification and template record.

Hi All,

I have an email generating from our instance, I want to open it's configuration in the instance i.e. email notification record and email template record.

How can I find the email notification and template record, from this email.

Hi @HrishabhKumar ,

Go to "Emails" in the filter navigator and search using the email subject and recipients.

In the record you will see this and it will provide details of the Notification template used to generate the email.

Hi @HrishabhKumar ,

1. Navigate to System Logs > Emails.
2. Open your email with filter with Subject and inside Originating Event and Notification tab check the notification assigned
