How global search redirect to search_results.do in CMS

I want to know where the redirection is defined that Global search result in CMS will be displayed in page search_results.do

Search Results itself coming in view_content page or after clicking any of the search result that document is opened in view_content page?

Hi Gurpreet

I have created my own site for the organization and customized search field to search in "Catalog & Knowledge"

The results rendering fine in the custom search page I defined

But when i click on any item displayed in results page, It is taking me to " view_content.do? " and the page is blank out...

can you please help me what i need to modify in order to make sure the item will be opened in my custom search page

Hi Katam,

Please make sure that Content Block 'Current Document' is included in UI page 'view_content'. view_content is selected as detailed page in content types for knowledge and catalog and thus its redirecting to this page.

I dont see any page with URL suffix - view_content
