How global search redirect to search_results.do in CMS

I want to know where the redirection is defined that Global search result in CMS will be displayed in page search_results.do

Yes you fare right , its the default page. Check for content types and verify that there is a content type configured for knowledge and catalog.

Hello Ashish,

Create a copy of existed search . And try to implement the below steps.

Change the search page under content management>configuration>configuration page>search Page

Change this default search page (Ex:- Portal - Search Results)   with your new search page.
