How I can reject the whole file to import using transform script, If any record have incorrect entry?

Hi,

I have a scenario, where i'm importing some data into the tool using transform map. I have to accept only the acceptable value which can be yes, no and unknown. If the value is coming from excel other than any of this values it should reject entire file. In my case it is rejecting only row that have incorrect data. I have to complete this requirement asap. Please help me on this?
