How insert attachments to a new record

Hi,

I added an attachment to an existing incident record. Now I want to add this attachment to a new incident form (before the new incident is created) using onLoad client script.

how can I achieve that?

@Mark Manders because the client wants to show the customer what should be in the file that they will upload, like a reference file to be as an example

That doesn't make sense. You are creating useless attachments like that.
