As our use of ServiceNow grows at our organization we struggle with how many people are necessary to support the platform and continue to develop new processes on the platform. How large is your support team for ServiceNow at your organization? How many processes do you have in ServiceNow? How many licensed users to you have?

Hi Michele,
I am a team of 1 for my organisation.
110 ITIL users
We have have 3500 - 4000 end users.
Cons of my situations, with ServiceNow rapidly developing all the time, it's very difficult staying on top of everything (enhancements/bugs/patches etc). I believe we as a company miss a lot of opportunities to improve our processes due to my time restraints and as a result we under utilise the tool.
Pros: I control what gets implemented and when.
