hello,
How many free custom tables can be created in instance, as there is a subscription model from madrid version.
Is Servicenow charging extra money for custom tables?
Thanks,
Bhavana

Hi,
You get 50 custom tables for free, rest will be charged.
Read in details here
For the money for extra tables, there is no answer, it depends on the deal your customer has with Servicenow, you can reach out the Servicenow Sales representative to get answer to that.

I wanted to chime in on this as the answer is not dependent on which package your customer has purchased.
"You get 50 custom tables for free, rest will be charged"
50 tables is dependent upon the ITSM Pro or CSM Pro packages, not the ITSM or CSM Standard packages.
Regarding the Now Platform - App Engine Subscription Entitlements, you get 50 tables if you purchase the Standard subscription and not the starter (which is 5 tables).

Yep, that's why I gave the link for complete details, also mentioned reaching out to their Account representative and also marked Mark's answer helpful too as it was better than mine 🙂
I posted my answer before Mark 🙂
