how many ways are there to raise service request as an user

I knew that we can raise the service request through service portal, but is there any other ways to raise service request as an user, could you please let us know

As a End User , you can create a request from the portal itself, as backend access is not provided to the end user.

Hi @Naga19 ,
End-Users can be able to raise the request through following ways.
1) Portal.
2) Phone Call/Chat (Support Team will raise the request on their behalf).
3) Teams (If any AI Bot Integration enabled, here chat bot automatically creates request on user behalf by asking few questions).
4) Email (Support Team will raise the request on their behalf based on e-mail).
5) Email Integration (When user sends an email, with help of inbound actions we can automatically raise a request on their behalf).
There may be other ways also, but this are the ways end-users use frequently.
