How "Create Case from Transaction" action is working in Visa spoke application in servicenow

Hi All,
I am working on the Visa integration, I am trying to test the "Create Case from Transaction" action Giving the "ROL Transaction ID" as 54339IK (Transaction ID). But getting an error like
" Error: Error (Process Automation.a1211acd2b392a9053b1fc05e391bfd2; line 14)"
Could any one suggest me, How to test this action and why I am getting this error.
Note: Testing with the OOTB functionality.
