How stages and states fields are getting changed in request and requested items

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to know how stage and state fields are getting changed from Open -> Waiting for approval -> Request Approved -> Closed complete in out of box for request and requested items. I have not added any  flow or scripts to change flow stages states but its getting updated. Please let me know how the changes are happening. Is there any script or flow from out of box?

Thank you in advance.

Hi @SujaniC ,

If you haven't added in any configuration, have you then looked into the current configuration and the workflow that is being utilized?

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hello  AndersBGS and  Ankur Bawiskar,

Thank you for the response.

I checked the  current configuration, flow/workflow and scripts but I am not able to find one. I am not sure how the stage values are getting changed. I wanted to know how its getting changed? Is it out of box engine or are there any particular flow/scripts/configuration from out of box?
I am using flow for RITM but I haven't added/updated any stage or state changes

@SujaniC

your flow associated with that catalog item is updating the RITM Stage

this OOTB BR sets that "sc_req_item_stageGetChoices"
