How t exclude manager in notification

Hello,

In notification if i select assignment group in who will receive section then i want notification will trigger to group members only not to the manager. How can i achieve this?

Hi @Ankit Kumar6 ,

 you can prevent this by checking the field "Exclude Manager", by doing this the manager will not get the mail sent to the group.

Add the "exclude manager" field from the "personalize list column"(gear icon to add fields) and mark it true

The Group defination page has Exclude Manager checkbox ( in the list view also), if its checked then system will not consider the group manager for mail recipient list.
