how task is getting generated after adding approval in related link of RITM?

Hi All,

In RITM we are creating 1st task by workflow and it requires manual approval.So we have used Manual approval activity for that. once we close complete 1st task 2nd will get generated but the issue is 2nd task get closed based on integration response if integration works then task is automatically close complete otherwise task will get close incomplete.But the issue is we also have 3rd task which will get created after adding 2nd manual approval and once we add it 2nd task's state is set as Close complete automatically from Close incomplete.We haven't use any activity for approval.

I have checked all BR and flow but didn't get anything.

Could you please help me to route cause or how this is developed?

Your query seems little complex and confusing. Could you please provide a flow diagram or workflow to clarify the process? Additionally, could you specify whether the issue is related to the creation of the 2nd task or the 3rd task?
