How to access Workspace that I created new

I created new Workspace for displaying incident and problem records.
But user cannot see the contents.
Please let us know what roles and ACLs I need.

Details is below:

Workspace: isd
Role: inquiry_staff / canvas_user
ACL:
①Name: now.isd.home / Operation: read / Type: ux_route / Role: inquiry_staff
②Name: now.isd.* / Operation: read / Type: ux_route / Role: canvas_user

User belongs to a group with both inquiry_staff and canvas_user roles.

User can open Workspace(isd), can also see the list components,
but cannot see Counters and Graphs components. (It will be displayed as shown in the image.)

All components are related to Incident or Problem,
And inquiry_staff role has the following ACL
(a) Name: incident / Operation: read / Type: record (No condition)
(b) Name: incident.* / Operation: read / Type: record (No condition)
(c) Name: problem / Operation: read / Type: record (No condition)
(d) Name: problem.* / Operation: read / Type: record (No condition)

I want to allow users to use the workspace without FULFILLER authority.
Please let me know your opinion.
